This Privacy Policy applies to www.zerocostemi.com and any related mobile-optimised or app experiences (the "Platform").
ZeroCostEMI is an independent discovery and comparison platform that helps users find No-Cost EMI offers on Amazon India and surfaces hidden costs such as GST and processing fees that may apply.
ZeroCostEMI does not sell products, does not process payments, does not extend or facilitate credit/EMI/loans, and does not hold or store your bank account or card details.
When you select an offer, you are redirected to Amazon.in or another third-party retailer to complete your purchase there.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Amazon Associates Disclosure
ZeroCostEMI is a participant in the Amazon Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program that lets sites earn commissions by linking to Amazon.in.
Clicking a product or offer link redirects you to Amazon.in through a tracked affiliate link.
If you make a qualifying purchase, ZeroCostEMI may earn a commission from Amazon at no additional cost to you — it does not affect the price you pay.
We do not control and are not responsible for Amazon's pricing, availability, EMI eligibility, GST treatment, or checkout process.
Your purchase, payment, and any EMI arrangement is solely between you and Amazon (or the relevant bank/NBFC), governed by their own terms.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information you provide directly
– Name, email address, and mobile number (e.g., when signing up for offer alerts, price-drop notifications, or WhatsApp updates)
– Preferences you set on the Platform (categories of interest, banks/cards you hold) to show relevant No-Cost EMI offers
– Any information submitted through contact forms, surveys, or support requests
2.2 Information collected automatically
– IP address, device type, browser type and version, operating system
– Pages viewed, offers clicked, time spent, referral source, general usage/behavioural data
– Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 5)
– Approximate location derived from IP address (region-relevant offers only, not precise GPS unless separately permitted)
2.3 Information we do NOT collect
– Bank account numbers or IFSC codes
– Credit/debit card numbers, expiry dates, or CVVs
– Net banking credentials, UPI PINs, or OTPs
– Government ID numbers (Aadhaar, PAN, passport) — except where explicitly required and disclosed (e.g., DLT-compliant OTP verification for WhatsApp opt-in)
If any communication claiming to be from ZeroCostEMI asks for the above, treat it as suspicious and report it (see Section 12).

– Send offer alerts, price-drop notifications, and updates via email and/or WhatsApp (where opted in)
– Operate, maintain, and improve the Platform, including performance analytics
– Personalise your experience (preferred banks/cards, categories)
– Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, or affiliate-link misuse
– Comply with applicable law, regulatory requests, or enforce our Terms of Use
– Respond to your support requests
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. WhatsApp & Messaging Communications
If you opt in, we use a WhatsApp Business Solution Provider (currently AiSensy) to send offer alerts and re-engagement messages, including reminders tied to time-limited Amazon offers.
Your mobile number is verified and messaging enabled in compliance with India's DLT (Distributed Ledger Technology) regulations for commercial communications.
Opt out anytime by replying "STOP," using the unsubscribe link in emails, or contacting us directly — this does not affect your ability to browse the Platform.
We never use WhatsApp to request payment details, banking OTPs, or sensitive personal information.
5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

– Affiliate attribution cookie — set when you click through to Amazon.in, so a qualifying purchase within Amazon's affiliate cookie window is correctly attributed to ZeroCostEMI (signals only that a click occurred, not what you purchased)
– Analytics — Google Analytics (GA4) for aggregate usage patterns, popular offers, and site performance
– Infrastructure cookies — Cloudflare and Railway use technical identifiers for performance, caching, and bot/fraud protection
You can control or disable cookies via browser settings; disabling may affect attribution (only impacts our commission tracking, not you).

ZeroCostEMI is a discovery layer over third-party retailers, primarily Amazon.in.
Prices, EMI eligibility, GST, and processing fee figures are sourced from publicly available data for informational purposes and may change on Amazon's site before checkout.
We are not responsible for the accuracy, privacy practices, security, or content of Amazon.in or any other third-party site.

7. How We Share Information
– Amazon Associates Program — affiliate click/purchase attribution via tracked redirect links (not your personal data)
– Railway Postgres — secure storage of account and preference data
– Railway — application hosting and delivery
– Cloudflare — content delivery, database edge caching, DDoS/bot protection, performance
– Sanity — serving offer content and site content
– AiSensy — delivering opt-in WhatsApp alerts (WhatsApp Business Solution Provider)
– Resend — delivering account, alert, and support emails
– Google Analytics (GA4) — aggregate, anonymised usage analytics
– Legal/regulatory authorities — where required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights
